Reservation Guideline

RESERVATION PROCEDURE AT INVENTORY, HOME EXCHANGE RESORTS AND INTERNAL AFFILIATED RESORTS

Reservations may be made as early as six (6) months but no less than fourteen (14) days before the preferred check-in date. All reservations are based on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to availability of accommodations.

Your membership fee must be paid to current with no outstanding on Annual Maintenance Fee and any other payments due. If you require an Advance Entitlement, the Annual Maintenance Fee of the Advance Entitlement must be paid before your reservation can be processed.

Utilization of Entitlement for reservations in a Period of Entitlement shall correspond with the payment of purchase price:

30%  50%  70%  100%
POE 1  POE 2 POE 3  POE 4

Note:

  1. Minimum 30% for reservation at inventory and Home Exchange Resorts.
  2. Minimum 50% for reservation at Internal Affiliated Resorts.
  3. Minimum 100% for RCI exchange.

Reservations can only be made by the following methods:

  1. by submitting a completed Vacation Reservation Form to the Member Service Centres (either via walk-in, fax, e-mail or post)
  2. by submitting an Online Reservation Form at Easturia Vacation Club website at www.easturia.com.my
  3. by sending an SMS of reservation request to 012-8280098

Note: Verbal reservations and reservations submitted in other ways will not be entertained. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. The Club reserves the right to change methods of reservations from time to time.

To ensure that the Club receives your reservation, you must obtain an acknowledgement from the Member Service Centre of your reservation.

You may appoint a nominee(s) who will be permitted to make reservations on your behalf. However, no other interest will be extended to that nominee(s). Any appointment of nominee or request to change nominee must be made in writing to the Club.
Your membership allows you to place your reservation for a reservation period which falls within your Period of Entitlement. Any reservations made out of this Period shall not be applicable.

For example, if your Entitlement is valid from 22 February 2011- 21 Feb 2012, your reservation periods could be up until 21 February 2012, subject to the availability of the unit requested.

A member is allowed to have a maximum of three (3) reservations blocked, pending payment, at any given time, as long as the reservations are for a continuous nights stay at three (3) different resorts. All reservations are tentative pending any outstanding payments. The tentative reservations will be automatically cancelled if payments are not received in full after three (3) days.

EASY STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

Submit the Vacation Reservation Form to our nearest Member Service Centre or submit Online Reservation Rom at www.easturia.com.my / SMS reservation request 012-8280098

Our Member Service Centre personnel will contact you on the outcome of your request

Receive your Reservation Confirmation Slip

Step 4

Bring your Reservation Confirmation Slip for check-in at the resort

Members are advised to contact the EVC Member Service Centre to ensure receipt of their reservation request. If you do not receive any feedback from the Club within three (3) working days from the day your reservation request is submitted, please contact us immediately.

Guidelines to increase your chances of securing a confirmed reservation:

  • Maintain your payment account to current without any outstanding
  • Plan your holiday early and place your reservations early
  • Provide as many alternatives as possible with a minimum of three (3) options
  • Accept alternative offer by the Club

Members who place last-minute reservations will be subjected to the expiry of their Entitlement due to unconfirmed reservations. The Club does not guarantee that a reservation is automatically confirmed as all reservations are subject to availability of desired accommodation.

Waitlist

You may place your reservation on the Waitlist. Once your reservation is confirmed, the Member Service Centre will contact you. Any waitlist request that cannot be confirmed fourteen (14) days before the check-in date is automatically considered unsuccessful. The Club is not obligated to notify you of this.

Cancellation, Amendment or Postponement of Reservations

You may cancel, amend or postpone your reservations by giving written notice which must reach the Club no less than fourteen (14) days before the Check-in date or cancellation deadline as stipulated in the Reservation Confirmation Slip, whichever date is earlier. Any cancellation, amendment or postponement received after the above period will result in the forfeiture of Entitlement and all paid reservation-related fees.

Any cancellation or amendments to reservations can only be made by the following methods:
• by submitting a completed Vacation Reservation Form and selecting the cancellation option and corresponding reservation reference number to the Member Service Centre (either via walk-in, fax, e-mail or post)
• by E-mailing your cancellation/amendment request to the Member Service Centre and quoting corresponding Reservation reference number.

Guest Assignment

Any assignment of guest by a member must be notified in writing to the Member Service Centre upon reservation. Upon confirmation of reservation, a Guest Certificate Fee is payable.

Confirmation of Reservation

Your reservation confirmation slip will be sent to you by e-mail, fax or post upon confirmation of any reservation. You need to review all details in the confirmation to ensure the information is accurate. Look for:

  • Check-In and Check-Out dates
  • Accommodation location & type
  • Number of units reserved
  • Check-In guest details
  • Number of Entitlement nights deducted

If there are any discrepancies, notify the Club immediately.

The person whose name appears in the Reservation Confirmation Slip must be above eighteen (18) years of age to be eligible for check-in.

The Club will not guarantee specific accommodation requests as they are subject to the House Rules of the respective vacation homes. Room numbers will only be assigned upon check-in.
